How is Flying Lotus so good at making music? It seems like he started out as yet another producer making J Dilla type beats then he came out of nowhere with all of these wonky electro hip hop beats that were hot as shit. I just don't get how he progressed this much in such a short amount of time. Is it the Coltrane blood that made him like this or just extreme talent? Or am I missing something else
