So, /mu/, I've seen Whiplash and now I am in the mood for some heavy drumming albums. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Art Blakey is probably the wildest as far as swing drumming goes. Listen to any Blue Note album from the Jazz Messengers you can find. Moanin, Big Beat, Buhaina's Delight, Roots and Herbs, Night At Birdland, Drum Suite, Night In Tunisia, and their album with Monk.

All of these are fantastic and very wild drumming
