you know when some groups release an album with a couple of good songs but the rest is just dull...well thats what id call filler, all the tool ive heard has sounded like that to me, like im always waiting for the good stuff but it never comes on, its all just meh, nothing much happening, even those 2 you posted, and the fucking vocals are atrocious, and anyway, like i said, my opinion, i dont like them, to me theyre shite, if you like that shit thats fine, dosnt make you special, my opinion dosnt make me special either. but the words i wrote werent meaningless, granted they where hardly philosophical but im pretty sure i expressed my opinion well enough, id get mad at having to explain this shit to you but i quite like typing.
