Hey guys so I'm writing a small paper on visual identity/anonymity in music and internet culture, and I'd like to write a portion of my paper on Vektroid and her rise to fame, despite being almost completely anonymous. However, I'm having trouble tracking down exactly what the story behind her early releases and when we actually found out that Vektroid was in fact a transwoman who also wrote the genre/aesthetic defining vaporwave records. Does anyone on here know anything about when we learned who Vektroid was and that she was behind Macintosh Plus, Prism Corp, New Dreams Ltd, etc?
