ooooh boy are you lucky I'm here.
industrial death metal:
start with Fear Factory (their first two albums are the best) and then Sterilizer, it's very similar but without vocals and completely merciless.
Also give the Count Nosferatu Kommando a try, their album Ultraviolence über Alles is edgy as fuck, incredibly angry and catchy at the same time. It's got pounding techno beats, a bombastic martial flavor and some of the most kickass riffs in the genre. It even has black metal tendencies.
then you can listen to the band they became: the Cosa Nostra Klub, it's softer, more glam, but still pretty cool, they use a lot of symphonic samples. Kinda like Deathstars if Deathstars actually had balls.
In a similar martial-symphonic vein, Samael is a must, very uplifting and grandiose.
Nexus Inferis does some pretty cool industrial death metal with a shitton of effects and sci-fi themes.
Listen to Ministry, obviously, it's thrash-industrial (not their first two albums)
Scorngrain is pretty cool cyberthrash.
Listen to some industrial black metal, I'm working on a rec chart but here are some of the best: Dodheimsgard, Thorns, Blacklodge, Spektr, Axis of Perdition, La Division Mentale, NKVD, Neo Inferno 262, Havoc Unit, Iperyt, Control Human Delete.
Voivod made an album with industrial influences that's pretty good: Negatron
If you want EBM-inspired stuff in the vein of Rammstein listen to Herzparasit, Panzertank and Oomph, also Ruoska.
You can also try Cyber Metal, it's kinda melodic, gothic-ish melodeath-meloblack industrial metal with heavy cyberpunk themes. Illidiance, Sybreed, Herrschaft and Neurotech are big names in that subgenre
Oh yeah if you want some electro metal you can listen to Helltrash and Combichrist's latest devil may cry soundtrack.
LISTEN TO ALL OF THAT SHIT
