they're very popular around here. I like them personally because they have an ear for form and development which no other pop band seems to have. also, I like their usage of samples and field recordings to extend their music outwards. It's like Wagner's Gesamtkunstwerk, but realized in popular music as opposed to art music.

I didn't care too much for A!DB!A! only because I found it difficult to listen to (not that I thought it was bad). I really love F#A#I and Lift Your Skinny Fists, though.

Hey aqam I just wanted to let you know what I will be doing from now until the day I stop browsing /mu/ (which will be a long time)

Basically every time I see you mentioning an artist or album or musician in general I will see what scaruffi rated that artist/band/album and post a screencap of it in response to the post you mention it in and it will ruin you. Not only does it bring me great pleasure to embarrass you but this will derail every thread causing those who don't know you to resent you. They will hate you. Even trips (people who usually stand up for each other) will be embarrassed to have ever even engaged in a conversation with you and will claim they've hated you this whole time. You can claim that you feed off this attention but truth is all you ever wanted was people to see your posts and say "wow he's got great taste!". As long as I'm alive, this will never happen. I wont let it happen. I will make it my life's mission to end your existence on /mu/. Even when my actions are in full throttle, you'll keep posting to claim "it didn't get to you" but I'm hoping that every other anon/trip picks up on my actions and follow suit. Not only will it follow you everywhere you post, but it will make a mockery of your pathetic existence. People will look into the archive for your earlier post and realize what a droning fraud you are and always have been.

For some reason, it just evoked a lot of personal negative emotions in me. I found it very depressing (ironic, considering I really like F#A#I , but I don't find the overall tone of it depressing). I still listen to A!DB!A! every now and then, but nearly the frequency at which I'll listen to the other two I mentioned.
