Hey /mu/, what are some modern albums you consider to be ART MUSIC (considering the formal definition of art, pop and folk Music), that aren't "classical" Music?
I mean, something that isn't just "good" music, but a rappresentation of what you consider to be "True Beauty" expressed in music.

Ok then, I was misinformed. But my question comes from the fact that lately I've been losing interest in the music I used to love. It feels like it isn't "art", it has become Boring, dull and predictable to my ears. I can't find any beauty in it.
I've been visinting lots of museum and important cities (Florence was just beautiful), and when I look at a church or a painting I feel like... I'm completely overwhelmed by its beauty.
I want to find music that makes me feel like that. I didnt want clasical because I wanted something similar to my old tastes. But I'm afraid no pop or folk music will satisfy my thirst for beauty
