The story is that some fag on Reddit found All Lights Fucked in his old cassette collection, and was told by a friend that it was basically priceless. He didn't even know about Godspeed though, so he basically went to r/music with "wat do guys". People called BS (understandably) so he ripped 2 tracks from it. He said that he was scared of getting sued if he uploaded more. While people tried to coax him into uploading the rest, some master trole started threatening his family, so the OP left, and later deleted his account.
