Yea, it's a good album tho.

I don't think avoiding albums because they discuss themes are quite literally a part of the artist making the music is a good idea. There's too many other factors and timbres involved to just be like "o this is shit because he's in the club holding a bottle".

It's like when Myke C Town said he hated Daveed's lyrics on CLPPNG because like 15% of the time Diggs talked about Twerking and Drugs, and apparently that ruined all the interesting motifs and viewpoints on Story 2 and Get Up and Taking Off.

I really like this album. It reminds me a lot of what Open Mike Eagle is doing now.

They can't really be compared to one another, they're both on their own level when it comes to flow and ability.
Aes' flow features killer narrative delivered in the most esoteric way possible simply because his lyrics are a reflection of his day to day experiences and Bus is a rapid-fire cannon of words; it's not hard to understand his topics, but his flow is ridiculous.

Deltron has that classic, yet modern Automator shit, but it's not as varied.
