Both are excellent choices. I've enjoyed a few Of Mice and Men tracks, as well as a few Tokio Hotel tracks.

I like all of their albums, but fuck, I BLAST Constellations when I'm at the gym. That scream during the bridge in Ocean of Apathy gets me through my workout.

There is a lot of good metalcore out there but so many people on /mu/ and in general dismiss it.
August Burns Red are pretty good, Constellations is their best
