Probably Noise Rock mixed with Post-Hardcore and Art-Rock.

Sonic Youth is kinda noisy in a similar way

Tool, Unwound and Deftones are kinda artsy and kinda similar style

Converge is incredibly noisy but play in extreme genres so be prepared for that.

I guess At The Drive-Ins discography is kinda similar.

Also check out Madonna by Trail of Dead

And Brand New sound kind of similar on their later albums.

Well, its very hard to find something that sounds just like it but this is the best i can give you.
