hey /mu/ i've been a music fan for a long time now but just recently i've been trying to better my spiritual life. i've been reading a lot of eastern philosophy and that motivated me to start practicing meditation. i've found that music has a strong influence over my mind, and some works really well at helping me achieve that trance like state that meditation aims for. so my question to you is what would you consider to be good meditation music? do you have any experiences where music has altered your state of mind? could be drug related could be sober. what music would you consider to be spiritual? pic related has had profound effects on me and it's even provoked some visuals during meditation, but i've been using it for the past few weeks and now im looking for something new.
