I tried getting into post punk and I found most of it to be too accessible. a lot of it just had kind of an up beat quality to it that usually turns me off in music. Even in groups who have a pretty cool style like the pop group I found that the up beat sensibilities just turned me off and felt a little overwhelming to my musical taste buds.

Shit I could have sworn I listened to more. I think I listened to most of the stuff I tried from youtube. I know I downloaded a shit load of noise rock albums a while ago and I must have deleted some of them I didn't like. I don't even think I like all the ones in the pic.
