>>50674145>his/hers?eh? I meant the bandcamp tags, if that wasn't clear (experimental, free improvisation, noise).

Having listened to some Sonic Youth (Dirty, Daydream Nation), Big Black (Atomizer, Songs About Fucking), some Swans, some 90s stuff (Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Melvins, etc). What albums would you recommend so I can start going deeper into noise rock? I really liked Sonic Youth's Dirty.

Bumping with a chart everyone might have seen.
>>50677551The Dead C - Harsh 70's Reality is essential transition from noise rock to noise stuff, it's bretty gud tooAlso Brainbombs - Urge to Kill is some pretty intense shit>>50675633Yeah, it's really great, sorta the halfway point between harsh stuff and soft stuff
>>50677652Oh, I got in here and started talking about Noise Rock, actually went into /mu/ for some noise rock and this was the only "noise" result in the search. Sorry for that pals! Not really into really "noisy" stuff, anyways that The Dead C's album is looking great so far.
>>50673379that's one of my favorite album covers of all time
bump
> Listening to Lil Ugly Mane while browsing /noise/It feels so wrong.Anyways, bought a cheap mixer.Figuring it out this week, then playing a power electronics next week. Any times?
What's some accessible noise that doesn't just sound like a dial-up connection in a woodchipper

Does anyone else have the problem where they like the feedback sounds made with a microphone but don't like shouting into it? It feels wrong to just have feedback with a microphone and not shout hateful things into it. I don't hate a lot of stuff and I don't like the sound of my own voice.

There was an ambient noise album that was posted on here once. I either remember it being one steady tone that got very violent halfway through the album or static. People were claiming that they were getting hallucinations from it. Anyone may know what i'm talking about?
>>50684282Couldnt really find anything in the archive, sorry.
>>50684426Yeah I've been searching also. An anon in another thread suggested I-doser. So I'm looking into that. But it doesn't have the electronic beeps I remember.
>>50684451Do you remember the cover any?
Anyone heard this (Mo*Te - Life in a Peaceful New World)? Great wall noise, need to listen to more stuff like this. Very atmospheric.
>>50684586Oops, artwork is here
