I honestly think there is no point in having an un-processed instrument alongside noise, I've seen some cool sets and videos of people using classical instruments like cellos and clarinets and hooking them up and making some cool sounds with them. But to just play alongside with just unaltered sound just doesn't make sense and seems pretty boring. That one guy from Hijokaidan plays the sax though so take my opinion as you will.
