Both AOA's Mina and Girl's Day's Minah talked about the sexy concept through guest appearances on their respective broadcasting programs on July 14.
AOA's Mina appeared on SBS's radio show 'Kim Chang Ryul's Old School' where she received a question from a listener: "Isn't it hard to pull off a sexy concept when you look cute?"
She replied, "It's really hard. I work crazy hard to the point I think I am too sexy now and try to make myself like that, but my members laugh at me."
DJ Kim Chang Ryul asked if she felt confident for a cute concept. She said, "I think I can do that better than the sexy concept. But that's not that great, either. I'm neither very cute nor sexy. That's why I would rather show a livelier, hip hop image than cute or sexy."
Meanwhile, Girl's Day's Minah appeared on KBS 2TV's '1 vs. 100' and brought up the sexy concept from their "Something" days. She said, "It was hard changing from the cute girl group of our early debut days to the extremely sexy group. At the time [of 'Something'], I purposely grew out my bangs, and just glared without smiling no matter what whenever the red light came on while I was on stage."
