I only mosh when I'm drunk. I mainly go to punk shows and people are super nice in the pits. It is a fun time all around.

like 2 years ago i was at a odd future show and there was a kinda big mosh pit full of fat people when trash talk opened and i jumped in.when odd future went up stage i stood in the second row or so, surrounded by 15 y/o girls. i was about a head taller than everyone around me. suddenly they all tried moshing too. i was so perplex that i fell on the floor and a few people fell onto me.i broke 2 tooth and my whole face was bleeding when security pulled me out and forced me to be taken to the hospital.this was the most embarrassing moment of my life and my friends still mention this every week or so showing pictures to strangers.

Because I'm old and fragile. When I was younger though...I was actually pretty good at starting pits among even the most lacklustre crowds. It was a matter of seeking out points of tension in the room and forcing them to collide one way or another. Also, running against the flow in a circle pit is always fun.
