How the fuck could you fail No-Fap if you were serious about it?

First of all, install K9 (http://www1.k9webprotection.com/).

When K9 will ask you for your password, open a notepad, close your eyes and type random letters and numbers. Press Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C and close notepad and SAVE changes. You'll need it. Then, paste copied password to K9 installer and reboot your PC like it want's you to.

After the reboot open the notepad with the password, DON"T READ IT, just copy and exit. Open K9 and set up your filters the way you want them to be. Exit K9.
Then the last thing. Password protection technique.

Go to http://emailfuture.com/ type your email address, subject e.g. Password to K9. Then set up a date when you want to get an email with your password. A month? 90 days? A year? Whatever suits you.

Then paste your password where the message should be put and send it. AND REMEMBER, NO LOOKING AT THE PASSWORD.
Now the last steps. First, delete notepad with password from your system. Then copy any text or whatever so you can't paste it.
And that's it.

You don't have access to K9, you can't turn it off and you will receive your password in the future.

You can get K9 on your phone, but it doesn't work anywhere near as well. You'd have to either block Safari using a different application or delete it entirely.
