Foxing
and i'll probably get lit up for this but early Alk3 were preddy good imo but i don't know much about the genre

>> No.46994421

That's a really big list. What styles are you exactly looking for or do you just need some random recs from a multitude of styles?

>> No.46994465

Generally just emo but since it's quite a wide genre i guess that not many of those band are screamy, like some people suggested Haikus about Cannabalism but that didnt do much for me

Bands like Dads or Snowing and stuff that have twinkle elements are nice, but probably not as much as TTNG. But seriously just anything in the genre would be good i'm just trying to find more music and help others who like the genre

Well then check out Marietta, Park Jefferson, and Empire! Empire! (I Was A Lonely Estate) for sure. Braid and Joie de Vivre are also gonna be right up your alley as well. As far as the 90's go you might wanna download Jejune, Jimmy Eat World, and Christie Front Drive.

Oops, I didn't see you hade E!E! in your list so how about another rec to be fair. Check out Warrne Franklin/Warren Franklin & The Founding Fathers.

Yeah E!E! are seriously great, such a kind of quiet minimalist style but very powerful even so, i'll add the rest to my list and if the thread isn't ded i'll let you know what i think.

>>46994605
Is that a song by them? I honestly just youtubed a couple of songs and heard screaming and kind of noped. which i know is dumb because i love Alexisonfire and they scream. I guess i'll give em anoyher go.

>>46994669
Apparently they had a falling out with the guy from TWIABP or something and they let their success go to their head and their last album was weak imo.
Not much to it though i think. Listen to American Radass and see what you think.

yeah it was :)

and "untitled 9" is a track by i wrote haikus...
i think all they do is scream unlike Alexisonfire who sing. it's funny though, i don't like how the alexisonfire guy sounds when he sings -- it reminds me of Anberlin which is another band i don't care for.

i just love skramz because they sound so sincere to me. i just can't picture the guys making skramz doing it to get grills or fame.

>>46994896
>Cant get past dat scream sorry anon.
:( maybe one day the skramz will grow on you like they did me.

>>46994976
I think it used to be in me and i grew past it His scream reminds me of Gerrard Ways in early MCR maybe that's why im put off. I did however listen to that shit a LOT in HS . I could listen to lots of screams but i don't like high pitched ones like that. Lyrics and music is pretty nice though.

Btw mundo i'm liking Coping a lot!
