I have actually been making an effort to be more social on here, last.FM and on IRC. I just want some casual online friends who I can communicate with and get to know better. I can't really commit to a full time friendship, but I would like to experience the kind of kinship that the characters in Cheers experienced. Where everybody knew each others name, everyone was there to help each other, there was live, there was drama, and it was amazing. I have since ventured into the weebteam IRC a few times but it is mostly dead. I also joined the last.FM /kpg/ group but I think I don't properly fit in with them. For now I have also been posting my last.FM profile a lot hoping to meet other people with similar personalities like me. This weekend might me the one where I make a new friend though.
