2. How many books, albums, films and videogames have you experienced in your lifetime? Do you hope to experience more?

Shit taste general

>> No.44326702

>>44326500
1. Of course. Just last year was STH, Goldfrapp, and BRAIDS. Siouxsie Sioux is one of my favorite artists ever and consistently put out 8+/10 albums, and Björk, though the obvious choice, did the same.
2. books: not that many, maybe 40-50 not counting children's books
albums: prob like just over a thousand idk
films: maybe like 300
videogames: 100-150 prob
Yes, I hope to experience more of all of them, but finding the time is hard.
3. This is the first I've heard of /biz/. This is weird. It looks like it's just another place to shitpost. A history board would be cool I guess but I haven't seen any demand for it. And there's only so much you can discuss. A /clb/ board for celebrity gossip and shit would be my addition. It'd weed out the waifu threads from other boards and maybe /tv/ and /mu/ can start talking about the works themselves instead of the artists.
4. I hope not and not any more than anyone else is.

This Heat and Gang of Four did similar funk-infused post-punk. If you haven't explored post-punk as a genre yet then find that one giant flowchart and look into that. Also try Ukareteiru Hito (see >>44327884) since it's p. obviously Talking Heads-influenced. Oh, and check out funk and afrobeat as genres. Bohannon, James Brown, and Parliament-Funkadelic's discography, Herbie Hancock's jazz funk stuff, and Jagatara (thx moony <3), are all worth listening to and all influenced Talking Heads.
>>44328460
I don't really pay attention to record labels at all tbh.

>> No.44328637
