We need to ban usage of the word "/mu/core". If my friend, let's say his name is Jacob, likes a band, let's say Radiohead, I say "My friend Jacob really likes Radiohead". I don't say "Radiohead are a total Jacob band". If anything, I say the opposite, by saying "Jacob is a total Radiohead guy". Because, you see, Radiohead are much larger than Jacob. The same should apply to /mu/. It's autistic to think bands /mu/ likes are "/mu/core". What's ironic, is that /mu/ often accuses Reddit, /v/ and /a/ of autism. Nobody on Reddit calls Queen "Reddit-core", nobody on /v/ calls Deus Ex and Morrowind "/v/ideo games", and nobody on /a/ calls Evangelion and Now and Then, Here and There "/a/nime". This autistic behavior is exclusive to /mu/.
Then we need to end the witch hunt of "le wrong generation" people. They don't exist on /mu/. It's gotten to the point where discussing actual musicians with actual inspiration, substance and creativity like Pink Floyd, The Beatles and Queen is /mu/ suicide and instantly gets you called a "pleb", "le wrong generation kid", and gets you told to "go back to Reddit", and discussion rarely goes beyond this, but /mu/ has numerous threads a day about Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift, manufactured artists who are corporately tailored to appeal to 12-17 year old girls to sell an image rather than music.
