i haven't listened to anything by of montreal since hissing fauna, but my favorite album by them is the gay parade

i really hope someone records the october 23rd show. it's jeff's birthday too

I really need to delve more into the Elephant 6 roster beyond Neutral Milk Hotel, The Apples in Stereo, of Montreal and The Olivia Tremor Control, but this is my personal favorite.

This or Dusk at Cubist Castle. ITAOTS, which I extremely hated and disliked at first has grown on me a lot. Such a good album. Hissing Fauna actually took a lot of growing on me too but it's one of my favorite albums of all time.
