OP here. The song is not a full version. It's a radio edit. The full version is a minute longer. So it misses the guitar intro of Nile Rodgers which you could hear in the some of the collab vids.

i think it's fake, mainly because when pharrels singing comes in over the top of the robot voices, the frequencies really clash. It seems badly mixed right there. That's what makes me think it's a fake.

It's not bad for a first take from the album, it's got a nice mellow kind of groove to it. It seems like a good fit near the late middle of an album, since this should be track 8 of 13 on Random Access Memories. Not like they're leading off the album with this.
I like this track, but that's the thing about Daft Punk for me. I only like the singles the rest of the songs are boring.
