If you liked that Max Richter album, I thought that it sounded a bit similar to the second half of discreet music, but not as good. Both are a similar idea, taking a pre-existing composition then looping and phasing it. You might like some minimalist compositions like Steve Reich's Music For 18 Musicians and Terry Riley's In C if you like this technique.
