So much so, to the point of where Rivers genuinely lost his mind, painted each room in his house pitch black along with all of his windows. It wasn't until around Maladroit that people started to realize how much of a magnum opus Pinkerton was. It's kind of sad how Rivers doesn't even try anymore because of that though. He may have grown to appreciate Pinkerton but he certainly doesn't believe in putting much depth to his lyrics and sound anymore.
