Things that make you patrician:
>Listening to widely diverse mix of popular music, independent music, niche-obscure music, world music, and music disassociated with your personal culture.
>Being able to form and articulate intelligent opinions on the music you like and don't like.
>Expanding your horizons consistently
>Taking the time to go back and enjoy old favourites, rather than vehemently consuming new content at all times.
>Enjoying more obscured artists that you feel a personal sentiment for because you don't know anyone else who listens to them
>Reading music criticism or theory or production or history, etc
>Also enjoying socially popular albums or artists and sharing in the camaraderie of group listens, and hyped up novelty.
