Find outdoor activities to do for at least an hour a day. Act happy in front of people so that they won't think you're weird. Go tanning if you're really white because it's a sin to be ghostly white in today's society. Care about your appearance. Exercise every so often. Make plans with friends. etc...Seriously, guys. It's not that difficult.

Get some friends and stay in contact with them. It's really exhausting and sometimes feels like a chore, but it's worth it in the end and gets easier after you've done it for some time.A bit of exercise and some hobbies you enjoy don't hurt either.
