This is my main problem with him. Guy uses his dumb, unfunny character to dismiss anything that's not cool or hip.
pic related, BNL are a better band than any of the self-serious indie shit he promotes all the time, but of course they have a sense of humor about their music and that apparently makes them lame.
He also just completely refuses to review anything outside of the bubble the rest of the big review blogs cover. Look at Fantano's channel and then p4k or Rolling Stone and you'll see it's all the same albums.
