Living on your own signifies a lot and is an amazing change. You'll learn to take care of yourself, make your own choices and accept the consequences of those choices. Whether they are positive or negative.
Highschool seems so important when you're in it, but it means very little. I highly suggest everyone in high school to work their ass off and get out as quickly as you can and start building your own future.
Seriously, it is such a small part of your life that will fade away with time. Whether it was good or bad. After high school is the time when you can become whom- or whatever you want to become, and it is amazing.
So don't sob about the present, think about the possibilities in the future and work towards them. Set goals and pursue them.
Best advice I can give to you now is to not let the present bother you too much and to keep on working on yourself, doing nothing means you're going backwards.
