He was definitely more photogenic than the other Beatles. I remember seeing some really nice drawings Klaus Voorman did of him from when they were in Hamburg with him.

I know this is cheesy but I wish that I could temporarily forget all the Beatles albums just so I could experience them for the first time again. I never got to listen to an entire album for the first time, I'd already heard songs from them in bits and pieces over the years.
I feel like I was too young to appreciate the Beatles later work when I first heard it.

I expect that John was shitty enough of a player back then that he needed George+Paul's playing to even it out. Apparently he was playing with 5 strings when Paul first met him because he only knew how to play it like a banjo.
