okay I have been researching this for a while and I still don't feel like I have an answer so maybe yall can help me out. What are the facts on playing guitar through a bass amp? I've got a Rumble 100 like in the pic, but my only amp for guitar is a little practice amp (Fender G-Dec pr 520, it's fun to play with the effects but sounds pretty garbage all around). What I am trying to decide is whether to sell the Rumble for money to put towards a decent guitar amp, or just use it as my main guitar amp. Am I gonna be gimping my tone by playing through it instead of a real guitar one? Would it be a better idea to use the Rumble as the speaker and get an amp to use as the head? For what it's worth I use mostly clean sounding tones and I never play any heavy music at all.
