where i live in this one club that actually plays some good music every now and then there's this event called 'god save the queen' (britpop once a month) and they keep playing joy division every single time for atleast 5 years now.
This led to an army of whitegirls with joy division t-shirts in my area.
Maybe they're not that much into the music
maybe they only wear it to look 'indie'
but fuck it, people are shit anyways so i've come to be happy about joy division being appreciated by the masses.
