almost all of these bands are long since broken up and only existed for a few years in the late 90's/early 2000's, but in terms of raw emotion they cannot be beat. nothing currently being put out (past 2 years at least) even comes close.

Anyone know the backstory to this?

One more day and Black Metal November is over. Seeing how this genre per month thing was pretty successful I was thinking if we should choose another genre for next month.
