The glow pt 2 is about a failed suicide attempt, he says that his life is a constant battle and he's tired, he tries to kill himself, maybe shooting himself in the head (my face in red) but then he wakes in the hospital and notice that he's still breathing, that his blood is still flowing and he's still flesh, he is still in his body.
