/v/irgin here who really doesn't pay much attention to music anymore. I know it isn't a popular genre here, but you guys probably know more than me about it.
Is the emo scene/fad dead? I used to listen to it when I was 14-15 years old, I was kind of in that clique in school at the time too. I haven't listened to that type of music since then (I'm 24 now) it dawned on me the other day, I was walking past my old high school when it let out and I didn't see a single emo kid. I don't see scene girls either, online or in person, anymore. I don't ever see new emo bands on youtube, either.
Did any of you guys listen to this shitty music when you were a teenager?
