What's the first CD you ever purchased using the fruits of your, or you parents time/labour?
Here's mine. Details hazy on exactly how I managed to purchase it, but I very much recall this playing in my Sony Discman with 3 seconds of antiskip... and nickel metal hydride batteries.
I wish I still had that little cd player.. would totally play some clazziquai/BEG/lainbou on that multi-decade piece of history. The quality of those tiny Sony in ear headphones blew my tiny fragile little mind hte fuck away.
