I guess neo-psych just isn't my thing. Nothing that any of these bands do really stand out to me as being something that I really enjoy. However, this is neo-psych done rather well. The first track is bliss.

And I bumped up TLCW to a 10, because the flaws are so minuscule that they don't detract from the album as a whole.
