Well those people have no excuse to do hard drugs like meth or cocaine/heroin I do agree.

About the weed/shrooms/mdma/acid thing I think its kind of a cultural thing that the first world has picked up but honestly if people enjoy it its not a big deal.

If they can support themselves and their habit thats fine, its honestly the same thing as alcohol or cigs at that point but addictive in different ways aka psychological.
