This is a musique concrete album dedicated to a train station. I'm a huge fan of trains and train stations. I used to commute to work a lot and spent a lot of time in these.
This is basically waiting for a train that is destined to take you somewhere you don't want to go. Sort of a train station nightmare if you ask me. Densely layered drones with announcements, train sounds, hard hitting natural percussive elements. It's all here and it's all a huge train-wreck. I am really really happy I found this. Thank you very much to whoever recommended me this while plugging a couple of days back.

I would say the Slint EP is eventually a definite must-listen if you enjoyed Spiderland. Glad you liked it, Slint are amazing.
