hey /classical/ i don't usually come in here cuz i know very little about classical music but i recently discovered pic related and loved it. i thought it was classical music, but when i did some research i saw that it is actually classified as ecm jazz. so just out of curiosity do you guys know what makes this jazz rather than classical music? is it just the prominent bass guitar?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXyAkwuXt4g
listening to it right now2015 AOTY probably, but then again I've only heard Panda Bear and Viet Cong, both just a tiny bit above mediocre.
