Exactly. She's not plastic. She had to perform some medical surgeries on her. It's because of her condition. She has a problem with lymph nodes so her face gets bloated and stuff sometimes. She even said it herself many times before, yet people accuse her of nose/eye/whatever/whatever surgeries.
