all homo sapiens are inbred to some degree, it happened A LOT throughout history and the species was near extinction at one point with a very small population.
also inbreeding is not as harmful as many people think, outside of immediate family there aren't many issues and even w/immediate family it can take multiple generations before problems start to show up
it can lead to some positive trait combinations too, physical traits that just fit better together than when less similar combinations of genes are put together.
