Soul isn't a genre I listen to a whole lot and when I do, I'm usually not super amazed. This album is a very solid one all around and I can see why it's praised, but it generally didn't amaze me either. HOWEVER, Move On Up is absolutely ridiculous and probably the best soul track I've ever heard. 7/10
