In comparison to every other song on the album though. I think Unsuccessfully Coping with the Natural Beauty of Infidelity is the real reason they didn't have a "real" opening track for the next four albums because it's nearly impossible to live up to that.
I could see fans who are used to their softer stuff and not really fans of the harder stuff only liking Hey Peter.

I shouldn't be able to predict every part of a composition to an album I'm listening to for the first time by a band I'm listening to for the first time. One of the most by-the-rules metal albums I've ever heard.

This is Scaruffis favorite metal record, he gave it a 9/10. It's also one of MY favorite records of all time. I never see this masterpeice posted here, or anywhere. It is an amazing album, the entire album was written in 1 night by Peter Steele, lyrically all the songs sort of follow this path. The first song is about being cheated on, the second song is about the pain you feel about getting cheated on and it just escalates, each song gets angrier. It sounds childish but the lyrics are clever enough to not be super angsty. Musically it is like Thrash metal- but HARDLY it's like Thrash/doom with heavy heavy industrial influence.
