I have just bought a Maschine studio and fucking love the thing so far. Spent 7 hours using it today and got totally lost in it. Literally sit it on my lap and turn off the computer monitors. Need to learn how to record automation into it live tomorrow.
Things I really like about it:
>don't need to use mouse or look at the computer screen.
>can control all your plugins from it as they automatically map to the controller.
>the mixer on it is very much like a hardware mixer as can change levels, solo and mute from the controller.
>cutting and editing samples is a breeze with those two fuck huge screens
>it's fucking great.

Why do you hate yours so much OP?

Anyone here have a Maschine that could offer some advice as I'm thinking of getting one as they are on sale at the moment. I'm thinking of getting studio as its workflow without looking at the computer idea is a real bonus for me coming from a hardware sampler background.
What are the effects bundled with it like, are they on par with waves plugins or are they more like the stock plugins you get bundled with your daw?
What is the sequencer like that you use with Maschine, it looks very close to a DAW from what I can work out?
I like the idea that it integrates with existing plugins as a controller for them, the mixer feature looks good too?
At the moment there is £300 off the usual retail price so it seems very tempting.
Any advice from users or anyone that's had a go on one would be appriciated.

Any of you guys use Native instruments Mascine?

I'm about to buy some new studio gear and I see that they've knocked almost a 3rd off the retail price for Mascine Studio & it does seem very tempting.
