are you on iOS? if so i would suggest CloudScrob. it doesn't scrobble in real time but whenever you run it it checks and adds the new plays to last. it's a dollar but i think you can find free alternatives on the app store.
if you want real-time scrobbling there's Ecoute, it's free and has a nice UI, can be used as an alternative to iOS's music player
