Noooo. No no no. No. No.

Look mate, I'm not one of those guys who's like "MIKE LOVE IS LE DEVIL" but the guy honestly contributed virtually nothing to the band beyond their first four years together save for a handful of decent songs, most of which he probably just wrote lyrics for. Honestly, just setting aside his HUGE missteps commercially (the Maharishi tour for example) and artistically (confronting VDP about his lyricism, Student Demonstration Time, virtually every Beach Boys endeavor post 1977), he just did not contribute much to the band. He literally contributed a NEGATIVE amount that damn near nullifies the fact that he was a big reason they took off so much in their first four years together.

And Carl and Dennis should really be higher. Carl became the de facto leader of the band once Brian started to fade into the background, doing the majority of the work in terms of producing and taking the band in new directions musically, and Dennis wrote some of their best material in the 70s, churning out better and better material which culminated in his solo album which just cemented him as the most talented Beach Boy in the late 70s.

Also, where is Bruce? Tons of fantastic songs and is very noteworthy for being the single most based Beach Boy in terms of personality. Literally the Ringo of the Beach Boys except actually a good songwriter and musician.

I'd peg this at:

Brian: 50%
Carl: 17.5%
Dennis: 12.5%
Bruce: 10%
Mike: 5%
Al: 5%

Wish I could give Al more love to put him above Mike but the fool honestly just didn't do much.
