Hey can you recommend me some facemeltingly chilled music? Not comfy chilled, but tired chilled. Sleepy. Not minimalist either, but something with a way too slow of a beat, too much thick bass, hypnotic chords and reverby, dribbly sounds. Chopped & screwed cloud rap does it but that isn't drowned in that much bass. Anything that fits the description is welcome in any case.

The term "post-rock" makes no sense
Post- is supposed to imply that the genre is a direct result of another one

Post-punk is a genre that directly proceeded the punk rock movement
Post-hardcore is a genre that directly proceeded the hardcore punk movement

Post-rock, what's that supposed to mean, the genre is post- the rock movement, a movement that encompasses every band using a guitar and drums in the last century?

Post-krautrock would be a better name, considering that is where (at least the first wave) post-rock draws most of its influence from
