I'm a film & tv student, had to make a tv segment for an assignment. My partner is 30 year old woman who calls herself to be a "goth". The segment was about Goths and the stereotypes surrounding them. We filmed another student getting makeup applied to them to look Goth, I figured just to set the mood I might put on some Gothic Rock, I'm not too big on Goth bands but I put on The Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Sisters of Mercy and etc. Few songs later my partner turns it off and plays the full album of Fallen... Is my supposed "Goth" partner a fake?
